Provider switch

Yes, you can keep your phone number. If you’d like to take your number with you, we'll arrange the cancellation with the old provider and complete the formalities for you.

No problem. Simply send an SMS saying «Info» to 503. You’ll immediately receive a message with the name of the account holder, end of contract and fees for immediate porting.

Of course, you can order your new Sunrise subscription now and we’ll port your number on your chosen date, so you won’t have any overlapping costs. The Sunrise offer is reserved for you.

You don't have to cancel your mobile contract yourself. If you’d like to take your number with you, we'll arrange the cancellation with the old provider and complete the formalities for you. If you have an Internet/TV package, you need to cancel it yourself in writing. We’ll be happy to help you with this. Simply write to us using the contact form.

Yes, of course. Just send a free SMS saying «Yes» to the number 499. This gives us your consent to port your number. The SMS must be sent using the SIM card relating to the number you want to be ported.

Of course, even if you are not yet 18 years old, you can benefit from the Sunrise Member Benefit. But in this case, a legal guardian must take out the subscription and sign the contract. When you turn 18, we can do a change of ownership and transfer the subscription to you. Contact us via the contact form.

Offer

There’s no minimum duration with Sunrise Member Benefit mobile subscriptions. Sunrise Member Benefit Home subscriptions have a minimum contract duration of 12 months.

As a member of our partner clubs, you’ll get a discount of up to 54% on selected Sunrise subscriptions. With the «Family» package, up to three people in the same household can also benefit from this unique Sunrise offer.

If you take out a Sunrise Mobile subscription, the activation fee is on us. To activate a Sunrise Home subscription, you’ll be charged a one-time fee of CHF 89.–.

You can add apps like MySports, Blue Sport or Netflix conveniently and easily via your My Sunrise customer account. Have a look at our selection – there’s something for everyone.

Existing Sunrise customers

Yes, existing Sunrise customers can also take advantage of this offer. You’ll find the current prices for Sunrise customers within the ordering process. For existing Sunrise subscriptions with offer-related benefits (e.g., Sunrise subscriptions with a reduced basic fee, Sunrise subscriptions with free services or Sunrise subscriptions with free or discounted hardware), the Sunrise Member Benefit is only available after the agreed minimum contract duration has expired. The Sunrise Member Benefit cannot be combined with other promotions.

You can renew your Member Benefit discount if you provide proof of membership again and the partnership is still ongoing. More information is available in the section «Sunrise Member Benefit – Durations and Deadlines» and within the ordering process.

Yes, and you can keep your SIM card and phone number. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your Sunrise bill.

Sunrise Member Benefit – durations and deadlines

The Sunrise Member Benefit has a duration of 36 months. Once this has expired, the standard basic fee for the subscription will be charged. When the discount expires you can apply for a reactivation.

Yes, you can reactivate your Member Benefit discount if you provide proof of membership again and the partnership is still ongoing. You can select the subscription you want. All we need is your phone number or customer number and your e-mail address.

Yes, there is no automatic renewal. If the Member Benefit discount expires after 36 months and you don’t take any action, the normal basic fee will be charged – so renew your subscription to continue to take advantage of the Member Benefit discount.

When you sign up for a new Sunrise subscription, the Member Benefit discount is valid from the activation date. When you renew the Member Benefit discount for an existing Sunrise subscription, it will only apply from the first day of the following month. There is no entitlement to automatic renewal. Any additional costs incurred before the Member Benefit discount is reapplied won’t be reimbursed.

No, the Sunrise Member Benefit is available exclusively via natelo.

Any changes to a subscription must be made via natelo, otherwise you’ll lose the Member Benefit discount.
